Light Side Up (“LSU”) guarantees your satisfaction with our online training. We give you a satisfaction guarantee and will honour ‘Our Promise”.
You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

OUR PROMISE:
Success with hypnosis depends on many variables which include the motivation, cooperation, attitude and client attendance at scheduled sessions. Although it is not possible to guarantee human behaviour, Light Side Up provides this service promise to our clients:

Once a program is fully paid for, there are no additional charges for sessions, regardless of how long the client takes to reach the original goal of the program. As people are different, so is the time needed for individuals to reach their personal goal.
Once the agreed-upon training/program is complete, Light Side Up provides FREE REINFORCEMENT sessions as needed ( one a month maximum) until the client has achieved his or her goal.If you ever go back to your problem or habit, you can request our services at no additional charge for as long as Light Side Up is open for business.
If however, you feel that Hypnosis is not for you, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of purchase or after the first paid session whichever comes first. After this period has elapsed all sales are final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Product Returns & Subscription Cancellations

  • If you feel that Hypnosis is not for you, you may request a full refund, (includes price of product only) within the first 7 days of purchase or after the first paid session, whichever comes first. After this period has elapsed or more then one session has been provided, all sales are final and no refunds are processed.
    Applicable to international (outside of Canada) orders, it does not cover any foreign exchange charges from your bank or credit card company. Plain English: We refund every penny, but your credit card company will probably convert your refund into your currency at a slightly worse rate than when you paid.   We don’t like it either, but that’s how banks make money.
  • When requesting a refund, please do so via email at [email protected]. The refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or PayPal account. International credit card orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

Program Validity

  • All programs have a 3 month validity period. This means, once you have begun your program and need to stop midway or defer to a later date for any reason, you may do so for a 3 month period. This must be done in writing via email at [email protected]

Live Events and Classroom Training 

  • Full refunds will be granted if you register at least 60 days prior to the first day of the live event and provide notice of cancellation within 30 days of your registration.
  • Any other cancellation is subject to a $200 cancellation fee provided you cancel before the start of class.  Once the live event starts fees are non-refundable.
  • If you need to change the date of the class you plan to attend please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Personal Cheques:

  • All cheques are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a cheque will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
  • All returned cheques will be charged a $25 CAD return cheque fee.
  • Cheques and money orders must be sent in CAD funds including applicable taxes.
